Cancellation Policy
LATE POLICY-Please be aware that there is a 15 min grace period, after this your appointment will be considered a last minute cancelation and we must move on with our schedule accordingly. RESCHEDULING/CANCELATION-Is allowed up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, after that there will be a rescheduling fee of $150 that will be charged. We understand that things happen but in order to continue servicing our clients we must be strict with our time. APPOINTMENT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK of a minimum of 50% of service, and full fee for a consultation. There are no refunds post a treatment. Any concerns please call to address but once service is rendered there are no refunds. Once booking has been processed this serves as an electronic signature and agreement to the terms and conditions of Glamour med spa and beauty bar service policy.
