OUR FOUNDER
Glendely, the visionary behind Glamour, has always been passionate about beauty and empowerment. As a woman of color and an experienced nurse injector, Glendely brings a unique perspective to the aesthetics industry, ensuring that the needs of diverse skin tones and textures are met with expertise and care.
This started as a vision to redefine beauty standards and offer services that cater specifically to the unique needs of our community. Historically, beauty and medical spa services have not always considered the unique needs of women of color. Many treatments and procedures were developed with only certain skin types in mind, often leaving women with darker complexions at risk of damage or ineffective results. At Glamour, we recognize the importance of providing treatments tailored to the specific needs of women of color. We ensure that every service is safe, effective, and created with you in mind.
Her journey into the world of beauty began at a young age, experimenting with hairstyling and makeup for herself and her friends. But it wasn’t until she entered the med spa world that she realized her true calling: to create a space where women of color could access luxury beauty treatments without feeling overlooked or misunderstood.
Glendely’s expertise lies in enhancing natural beauty through treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, and laser hair removal. Her approach is rooted in safety, professionalism, and building lasting relationships with her clients, ensuring that they feel seen, heard, and valued at every stage of their beauty journey.
Driven by her passion for aesthetics and her community, Glendely continues to expand her knowledge and skills, all while uplifting and supporting other women in the beauty industry. Her ultimate goal? To ensure that every woman who walks into Glamour Med Spa leaves feeling beautiful, empowered, and ready to conquer the world.

Our team consists of experts in various fields, from skincare and makeup to lash extensions and IV hydration therapy.
